BEHIND THE LENS

Nick Free is a location photographer based in Bournemouth, on the South coast of England. Shooting portrait, lifestyle, fashion, architecture and travel, Nick works throughout London and the South and is happy to travel the far corners of the world. 

 

Nick has been shooting digitally for the past 14 years having started out with the Canon D30 but learnt photography the old-skool way in a darkroom with film and chemicals and knowing how and if a picture would turn out without having to look at the back of a screen.

Nick has worked in Paris warehouses photographing products for Sia and Parlane, Assisted Jim Marks in London at studios including the Worx and and also has been a long time press and PR photographer learning to work under pressure to tight deadlines.
